Finding More Warmth in Relationships: For Women Ex-Boarders

Free Workshop, November 18th, 5pm UK

As a woman who went to boarding school you may find that you get frustrated or angry in your relationship with your partner or your children. This workshop will help you discover the links between those current challenges and your experience of boarding school. You'll leave with more understanding of why you react the way you do and what you can do about it. And with more hope for your closest relationships.

This workshop is for women ex-boarders only.

Do I need to do any preparation beforehand?

However you may find it helpful to write down in advance any frustrations you have noticed in your relationship. And obviously if you have a question write that down so you don't forget it!

There will be a recording which will be available on my website.

Sorrel Pindar

I am a trauma-informed, relationship & well-being coach. I work with people who have hit a road-block in their relationships, many of whom also struggle with stress, anxiety and depression.

I have 18 years experience of working with people with mental health problems including PTSD & C-PTSD. As a boarding school survivor, I have a particular interest in people who themselves attended boarding school.

Apart from the childhood trauma of boarding school, my experience includes a bereavement by suicide when I was 20. I am the survivor of three challenging relationships, in which I endured emotional abuse. I'm now in a healthy and very loving relationship with my current partner.

Having qualified as a certified Relational Life Coach with the Relational Life Institute, I work with couples as well as one-to-one clients. I'm also a licensed One of Many™ women's coach, which means I can bring a more female approach to coaching.

As a Certified Advanced CLARITY® Coach & Facilitator, I take a spiritual approach to coaching.

I have a BSc and an MPhil in Psychology, but in recent years I've realised that there is much to be gained by taking account of our spiritual nature - or what many of us call 'true nature.' This is the source of the creativity & compassion which enables us to heal from the inside-out.
