A three month one-to-one coaching programme
Relationship Renewal is a three month programme which takes you through a process in which you replace the role of Victim (or whatever role you have got stuck in) with your inner sovereign.
Phase 1 focuses on self-love and self-care and getting clear on what really is important to you. In this stage you start to firm up your boundaries and your “No”.
In phase 2 you develop your curiosity and compassion, the WD40 of connection. And you start to practise relational mindfulness and loving firmness.
Phase 3 will see you being able to ask for what you need and start to experience deeper connection and intimacy with your partner.
Relationship Renewal takes you from feeling overwhelmed and out of control in your relationship to a place of sovereignty where you have firmer boundaries and more self-love. You will ultimately find more love and connection with your partner, or you'll be in a position to know what you want to do next and take action on it.
The programme takes you through three stages:
In the beginning we focus on your own needs & values and you will get to know yourself better.
In the second phase we use compassion and curiosity to approach the differences between you and your partner. During this phase you'll start to notice what you're contributing to the problem and where those behaviour patterns came from (your 'survival personality')
By the third phase you'll be developing the art of relational mindfulness, and you'll move into asking for what you want, negotiating your differences, and either deepening your connection with your partner or making a decision about whether to leave or stay.

During our three months together, I will help you:
learn how to connect with your inner 'wise adult' in order to learn and practise relational mindfulness
arrive at an understanding of how childhood relationships may be impacting you and your partner in your current relationship
identify your own behaviour patterns which are contributing to your current relationship problems and transform those behaviour patterns into something which serves you and your relationship better
let go of limiting beliefs about yourself and about how the world works, which are getting in the way of both intimacy and getting your needs met
create a major shift/transformation in the areas which are causing you difficulties in your relationship
We will work together in the first session to identify your intentions for the programme and any barriers to your progress.
Throughout the programme I will point you to the difference between who you think you are and who you truly are, so that you are able to let go of beliefs, emotions and ideas which are holding you back.
I will make recommendations for things you can do to support your progress and I will give you accountability for taking action throughout the programme. You may have to step out of your comfort zone, but I will be there standing for you and your relationship and pointing to the benefits of taking on those challenges.
