  • Friday November 18th, 7pm : Keynote Speaker: Jamie Smart, internationally renowned writer, speaker, coach and consultant:  Subtractive Psychology in Understanding Trauma
  • Monday November 21st, 7pm : Dr Rani Bora, psychiatrist & mental wealth coach: Shifting Focus From Mental Health to Mental Wealth.
    During her talk, Rani made a distinction between focussing on Mental Health and what she calls Mental Wealth. She shared why deepening one’s understanding of mental wealth can positively impact recovery from trauma and post-traumatic growth. 
  • Tuesday November 22nd, 7pm : Julie Finn, Certified CLARITY® Coach: Trauma Always Strikes Twice.
    Julie spoke about the way that trauma leaves us open to further trauma, and how it shows up in and impacts on the body 
  • Wednesday November 23rd, 7pm : Wayne Fletcher, Certified CLARITY® Coach & personal development coach: The Biggest Threat to a Man? Is Himself! Listening as a Vaccine.
    A key tool for us to become more open is listening. This is critical if we are to stop the silent suffering that stigma causes, particularly in men, as revealed by the disgraceful statistics on suicide. This session highlighted the power of listening, and how to become a better listener, so that we can all help each other to become the vaccine.  
  • Thursday November 24th, 7pm : Sam Goldfinch, sobriety coach: Getting Out of The Cycle and Discovering True Freedom.
    Sam explored a highly personal topic - addictions and how to release them. Addiction is not an 'us and them' scenario as we've been led to believe, but a symptom of the striving for peace which is at the heart of the human experience. So how do we start to loosen our grip on the substances and behaviours that no longer serve us, and what is it we're actually aiming for? Abstinence? Avoidance? Freedom?  
  • Friday November 25th : Dr Nupi Arora, holistic GP & transformational coach: Find Your Fizz & Flourish with Dr Nupi’s F List.
