Does it seem like you're burning the candle at both ends and you:
  •  are tired all the time?
  •  constantly getting ill?
  • get treated like a doormat?
  • have very low self-esteem and difficulty asserting yourself?
  • get triggered easily?
  • feel like your needs rarely get met?
  • feel a lot of resentment towards your partner or your boss?
If so, are probably functioning in Superwoman, or stuck in the role of Victim, and you may be looking for alternatives which allow you to set boundaries, look after yourself and increase your self-esteem.

You can do all of this when you start to embody aspects of yourself which have long remained under-expressed, or even unexpressed.

One way to do this is via certain archetypes each of which bring us a different way of being in the world. The Women's  PowerTypes™ are a set of five archetypes which serve us much better than Victim and Superwoman. They are the brainchild of the women's leadership organisation, One of many™ and have helped women all over the world find their way into soft power.

This little guide introduces you to the Women's  PowerTypes™ and their characteristics. They are all focused on soft power, rather than the hard, direct kind of power we have learned in the past.

Hi, I'm Sorrel. I'm a trauma-informed relationship coach, working with people who have hit a road-block in their relationships.

I am certified as a Relational Life Coach with the Relational Life Institute so that I can work with couples as well as coaching 1-to-1.

I started in practice as an osteopath in 2002 and retired from osteopathy 20 years later. After qualifying as an NLP Master Practitioner in 2017, I started coach training and qualified as a Certified Advanced CLARITY® Coach & Facilitator. I am also a licensed One of Many™ women's coach, bringing a more female approach to coaching.

I have a BSc and an MPhil in Psychology, and in recent years I've realised that there is much to be gained by taking account of our spiritual nature - or what many of us call 'true nature.' This is the source of the creativity & compassion which enable us to heal from the inside-out, leading to better mental health and more resilient relationships.
