A counter-intuitive path back to the love & intimacy you long for
e-book by Sorrel Pindar | free to download
These steps may be counter-intuitive, but they work!
Self-love: Did you realise that really loving yourself and caring for yourself attracts more love into your life? Self-love is the basis for all that follows and it deepens as you move through the steps
Values: When you start to get present to the values you are living by you are in a better place to get more of what you really want out of life
Sovereignty: With self-love and clarity on your values, you can step out of the role of Victim and into your own inner sovereignty
Curiosity & compassion: Discover two of the keys to letting go of the judgemental attitude which gets in the way of love (for yourself and for your partner!)
Putting fear in the back seat: If you are in a relationship where you are not happy it is because you are afraid - step into what scares you and change will happen
Unconditional acceptance: You can't change your partner, so you will have to accept some things you don't like, while you wait for your partner to change
Asking & receiving: self-love, sovereignty, compassion, curiosity, acceptance and fearlessness are the groundwork which enable you to get to the place where you can ask for what you want, give generously and receive what you long for
I wanted to make sure that you got the most out of this e-book, so I included a couple of bonuses:
The values exercise - this exercise will take you through a process which gets you complete clarity on what really is important to you. You can start living by your own values.
The triggers exercise - in this exercise you will explore some of the things about your partner which trigger you into strong emotions, which will make change easier.
I am a trauma-informed, relationship coach. I work with people who have hit a road-block in their relationships and particularly where they are experiencing mental health problems.
I practised as an osteopath for 20 years until 2022. During this time I worked with hundreds of people who had experienced childhood trauma, leading to severe mental & physical health problems later in life.
I started coach training in 2017 qualifying as a 3 Principles coach (which brings an element of spirituality to the work I do). I went on to train as a One of Many™ women's coach, so that I could bring a more female approach to coaching. I'm also a certified Relational Life Coach with the Relational Life Institute.
During those last six years I realised that there is much to be gained by taking account of our spiritual nature - or what many of us call 'true nature.' This is the source of the creativity & compassion which enables us to heal from the inside-out. And it enables us to heal in relationship as well as individually.
